ndia’s Ambitious Space Exploration Goals
In a significant announcement, Jitendra Singh, the Union Minister of State for Science & Technology and Space, revealed India’s bold plans for the future of space exploration. By 2035, India intends to establish its own space station, the Bharat Antariksha Station, positioning the country among the first in the world, following the U.S. and a few other nations. Progress on the Gaganyaan Mission
The Gaganyaan mission, India’s first human spaceflight program, is also progressing swiftly. Jitendra Singh provided updates, announcing that by 2026, India will send its first astronaut into space under this mission. Simultaneous Deep Sea Exploration
In a parallel mission to explore new frontiers, India is also set to launch its Deep Sea Mission.
