The company, a leading name in ceramic tiles and solutions, has demonstrated significant year-on-year growth across key performance indicators.

Strong Financial Performance in H2 and Full FY25

For H2 FY25, the company recorded:

  • EBITDA at ₹22.85 crore, up by 52.66 percent

  • PAT of ₹10.91 crore, showing a 104.24 percent increase

This stellar performance reflects the company’s successful diversification strategy and execution of growth initiatives, especially in international markets and technology integration.

Leadership Insights and Growth Strategy

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Dhruv Rakhasiya emphasised the company’s transformation from a contract manufacturer to a globally respected ceramic brand. He highlighted the exponential growth in profit margins and the successful penetration into African markets such as Burundi, Angola, Sudan, Senegal and Ivory Coast, where Manoj Ceramic has established sovereign partnerships.

These markets, characterised by rapid urbanisation, increasing disposable incomes, and a growing demand for premium construction solutions, are at the heart of the company’s export-led growth strategy and margin expansion efforts.

AI and Digital Innovation as Key Drivers

A standout feature in the company’s strategic transformation is its AI-powered Studio platform, designed to enhance customer experience across both in-store and digital channels. This tool allows customers to preview tiles in virtual room settings, significantly reducing decision time and boosting conversion rates. It also brings higher operational efficiency to MCPL’s retail and B2C verticals.

Infrastructure Expansion and Global Presence

To support its growth trajectory, MCPL has made substantial infrastructure investments including:

  • New warehouse facilities in Pune

  • Expansion of its Bhiwandi warehouse

  • Upcoming launch of exclusive display centres in Dubai and Washington D C

These initiatives are expected to power a 25 to 30 percent CAGR over the next three years, aligning with global trends in design, lifestyle, and demand for high-quality ceramic solutions.

Continued Vision and Market Leadership

Founded in 1991 as Manoj and Company, MCPL started as a trader of construction materials like marble and granite. Over three decades, it has grown into an internationally recognised manufacturer, offering a wide range of ceramic tiles and adhesives under its brand name MCPL. With distribution through dealers, retail showrooms, B2B networks, and exports, the company has emerged as a trendsetter in the global ceramic industry.

Outlook for FY26

With momentum on its side, the company is optimistic about sustaining its growth in FY26. Focus areas include:

  • Strengthening customer experience through AI and tech-driven retail

  • Scaling exports through new geographies

  • Innovating product offerings to align with international design standards

  • Enhancing brand recall through premium display centres and partnerships

MCPL remains committed to style, strength and scale, setting new benchmarks in how ceramic solutions are imagined, experienced and delivered globally.
