  • PM Modi strongly condemned April 22 terror attack, claiming India retaliated in 22 minutes, destroying 9 major terror camps.

  • Emphasized India’s firm stance: no trade or talks with Pakistan unless on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, and strict action on water rights.

  • Warned that Indian armed forces now act without restraint, as Pakistan’s military and economy will pay for every attack on Indian soil.

At a vibrant public rally in Bikaner, Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a powerful and emotionally charged speech addressing terrorism and India’s response to recent attacks. Drawing from the tragic events of April 22, 2025, when terrorists brutally attacked civilians in Pahalgam, Modi emphasized India’s unwavering resolve to counter terrorism with strength and justice.

PM Modi declared that "those who had set out to wipe out the sindoor (vermilion) have been reduced to dust", underscoring the valour of the Indian Armed Forces. He described how those who shed Indian blood have been held accountable, and those who once believed India would remain silent are now hiding in fear. Modi’s words highlighted the unity and determination of 140 crore Indians, who collectively vowed to punish terrorists severely.

The Prime Minister detailed Operation Sindoor, outlining three key principles to fight terrorism:

  1. Terror attacks on India will receive a fitting and decisive military response, with forces deciding the time, method, and conditions.

  2. India will not be intimidated by nuclear bomb threats.

  3. Pakistan’s continued export of terrorism will be met with economic and military consequences.

Modi proudly stated that in response to the April 22 attack, Indian forces destroyed nine major terrorist hideouts in just 22 minutes, sending a strong message that the country will defend its honour fiercely. He warned Pakistan that if it continues to sponsor terrorism, it will struggle financially and militarily, including losing its rightful share of India’s water resources.

Reaffirming India's firm position, PM Modi announced there will be no trade or talks with Pakistan except discussions about Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. He emphasized that Pakistan will bear a heavy price for every act of terrorism, both militarily and economically.

During the rally, PM Modi also took a symbolic jab at Pakistan’s airbase in Rahim Yar Khan, stating it was "still in ICU," referring to the damage inflicted by Indian forces.

In his concluding remarks, Modi said, "Not blood but sindoor runs in my veins," reflecting his deep connection to Indian culture and resilience. He praised the cooperation between the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force, which together created a strategic “chakravyuh” or trap, forcing Pakistan to its knees.

This speech from Rajasthan is a testament to India’s resolute stance against terrorism and serves as a message of strength and unity for the nation. PM Modi’s statements reaffirm India’s commitment to protect its citizens and uphold national pride in the face of external threats.
