As per the company's disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, three of its Executive Directors (EDs) have ceased their positions upon attaining superannuation.

The Executive Directors affected by this change are:

• Shri B Anantha Sarma (DIN: 08742208)
• Shri Anish Anand
• Shri P.C. Garg (DIN: 09080408)

Their cessation from the role of Executive Directors took effect from November 30, 2024.

The resignation of these key management personnel follows their superannuation, a term commonly used to mark the retirement of senior employees, particularly those who have reached a predefined age limit for service.

The Upcoming IPOs in this week and coming weeks are Property Share REIT, Nisus Finance, Emerald Tyre Manufacturers, Rosmerta Digital and Avanse Financial.

The Current active IPO is Ganesh Infraworld, Suraksha Diagnostic, Agarwal Toughened.

This change in leadership is part of Powergrid's ongoing organizational updates and follows the regulations set forth by SEBI for public disclosures related to senior management changes.

Further, as per SEBI's Master Circular (dated November 11, 2024), the company has disclosed the necessary details in the format required under the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.

While there is no new appointment announced in this communication, the company is likely to make future appointments as part of their executive succession plan.
