Remsons Industries Limited, a leading player in the automotive components sector, has posted its highest ever annual revenue for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported ₹376.58 crore in consolidated revenue, marking a 20 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth, along with a 37 percent YoY growth in operational EBITDA for the fourth quarter of FY25. The strong performance reflects strategic execution, expanding global presence, and a robust product and order pipeline.

Robust FY25 Financial Performance

For the full year FY25, Remsons reported:

  • Revenue: ₹376.58 crore (up 20 percent YoY)

  • Operational EBITDA: ₹37.35 crore (up 20 percent YoY)

  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹19.25 crore (up 19 percent YoY)

For the quarter ending March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), the company achieved:

  • Revenue: ₹106.18 crore (up 31 percent YoY)

  • Operational EBITDA: ₹10.96 crore (up 37 percent YoY)

  • PBT: ₹5.75 crore (up 12 percent YoY)

Strategic Acquisitions Fueling Growth

To future-proof its offerings and enhance its global technological footprint, Remsons completed three major acquisitions in the last two years:

  • Uniautomation (Pune) – Acquired a 55 percent stake in May 2024, focused on automotive sensors

  • Bee Lighting (UK) – Acquired a 51 percent stake in October 2024, a known brand in automotive lighting and styling

  • Magal Cables (UK) – Fully acquired in October 2020, specializing in cables, winches, and pedal systems

Kejriwal added, These acquisitions are more than expansions, they are strategic leaps into next-generation automotive technologies.

Massive ₹700 Crore Global Order Book

Remsons secured multiple orders from global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), which significantly boosted its order book to ₹700 crore. This highlights the company’s growing reputation as a trusted partner in the global automotive supply chain.

Continued Investment in R&D and Innovation

With a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.63, the company maintained strong financial discipline while continuing aggressive investments in innovation and talent. The company is actively developing a pipeline of future-ready products, particularly in control cables, gear shifters, lighting systems, sensors, and more.

Standalone Financial Highlights

For Q4FY25, standalone performance included:

  • Sales: ₹67.43 crore

  • Operational EBITDA: ₹2.25 crore

  • EBITDA Margin: 6.8 percent

  • PBT: ₹2.13 crore

  • PAT: ₹1.58 crore

For FY25 (Standalone):

  • Total Revenue: ₹281.98 crore (vs ₹259.46 crore in FY24)

  • Operational EBITDA: ₹15.31 crore (slightly lower YoY from ₹15.39 crore)

  • Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹11.08 crore (up from ₹8.85 crore in FY24)
