TCPL Packaging Limited has successfully appointed Mr. Aniket Talati as an Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, from January 22, 2025, to January 21, 2030. The resolution for his appointment was passed with overwhelming support during the postal ballot process conducted from February 19 to March 20, 2025.
