On 22nd March 2025, VSF Projects Limited conducted its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) at its registered office in Ankulapatur Village, Chillakur Mandal, Tirupathi District. The meeting saw the successful passing of several key resolutions. The e-voting process was conducted from 19th March 2025 to 21st March 2025, allowing shareholders to vote electronically on various agenda items. Voting Results:

• Resolution 1: The appointment of Mr. Sudhakar Nagabhairava as an Independent Director was passed with 100% votes in favor from both promoters and the public.

• Resolution 2: The reappointment of Mr. Bobba Narayana Murthy as Managing Director was passed with 100% support.

• Resolution 3: The reappointment of Mr. Bobba Lakshmi Narasimha Chowdary as Whole Time Director and CFO was approved with 100% votes in favor.

• Resolution 4: Similarly, the reappointment of Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi Bobba as Whole Time Director was passed with 100% approval.

The meeting also included a poll for shareholders who had not participated in the e-voting. The voting process was smooth, with 46 members participating in total, casting a combined 8,884,701 votes. All four resolutions received unanimous support, indicating the shareholders' confidence in the company's leadership.

Scrutinizer’s Report: The Scrutinizer's Report highlighted that 100% of the votes cast for each resolution were in favor. As per the combined results of e-voting and the poll, all resolutions were passed successfully.
